Sooooooooo, Alonso was faster than Massa Hah. Um I wouldn't call 5 one hundraths faster, I'd call that as both being on the money. Bad for Ferrari and bad for F1 IMO.
After the BBC commentators have made it clear that today is exactly one year since Massa's accident, I'm truly sad that this victory was stolen from him like that. >8^) ER
Alonso is a whiner and a cheat who needs his teammate to move over in order to win... to quote Elmer Fred... "this is We-dick-woo-luss"
8 races to go and three points in the diff is the RIGHT call ? Since when ? No matter what happens this year, Ferrari just shot itself in the foot, again. Unbelievable, especially when everyone remembers the Barrichello debacle as though it happened yesterday.
Its becoming more and more obvious each year that both championships are being rigged to finish in the last race. Pathetic and boooooooooooooooring unless you have a blindfold on.
Then lets change the rules to allow it. Do you really think that MS would say anything else as he won many races this way. Whats worse and many dont see it is the way the other teams laid down in order to keep it close.
Ferrari must be penalized. If not for team orders for being stupid. Take away the win. Then get rid of everybody from diMontezemelo on down.
Every team has team orders--McLaren couple of races ago told Hambone to save the fuel and assured hem that Button will not overtake him. Ferrari made it too obvious today....:-(
this sport is stupid anyway when comes to rules cheating, manipulating is part of winning in f1..everyone does it and not so "obvious" means nothing wrong to everyone which to me plain ridiculous..either did or not only a win is a win..way to go alonso you done well
Lead on formula1.com: If Ferrari is not penalised, F1 is as big a farce as NASCAR. Is that really what we want? Repeal the rule. But today the rule was in place and Ferrari broke it.
I'm really just sickened by this. Look, everyone knew FA was coming to be the #1 at Ferrari. And I understand that every team has some form of orders. But, IMO neither driver has much of a shot at the WDC. Not that it's impossible, but it is a long shot. A 1,2 gets the same amount of points no matter which order they're in. Let FM have his win. He was the faster driver, plain as that. A year after his accident, and after his dedication to the team I think he deserves better. Regardless of what many say, he's a fantastic driver and he's proven it time and time again both this year and in the past. Ferrari lost a lot of my respect today. Rant off.
I wonder if Alonso would say that THIS race was manipulated? And why didnt Ferrari make up their mind earlier in the race by letting Alonso get ahead via the pitstop? Are they that stupid? Im afraid the answer is yes they are.
Of to see the stewards http://www.planetf1.com/news/18227/6278897/Ferrari-summoned-by-German-stewards
