    Any of you guys/girls on here DMX fans? He's my favorite rapper, but hasn't been putting any new albums out, which sucks. Last I heard he was working with Bodog Records on an album titled "Walk With Me Now/Fly With Me Later". The problem is the album was to be released in 2008, then March 2010 and I haven't heard anything else. He also just got a divorce from his wife. Does anybody know if the album will ever come out?

    Not so sure what you're implying here, but no, that isn't where I got my information. I was just curious as to when his next album comes out, if it ever does.

    Edit: Nevermind; apparently DMX was just released from prison. I didn't know this at the time I posted this tread. Sorry.

    I liked him a lot when he first came out, but grew tired of thim pretty quickly. I will say that his music video for Stop Being Greedy was awesome.

    Same here. Went to a performance of him once when I lived in the Caribbean (curacao). I think he was desperate to do a show back then already because there where fewer than 1000 people showing up, and it wasn't even in the top 5 locations to host a show/concert of the island, lol. He mimed the whole thing after showing up 4 hours late...

    Its Dark and Hell is Hot. Still a great and very deep CD.

    Pity about him falling apart. He was on TV for a while, then in Jail and then who knows... Not much of a market for Gangster Rap anymore. It's a shame when real talent gets shoved aside to make room for another Soulja Boy.

    I'm glad someone agrees with me that the latest so-called "rap" music SUCKS! I'm a part of the generation that produced Soulja Boy, Gucci Mane and all that other crap and I can't stand any of it. None of them have any talent; it's just pure repetitiveness.

    I still don't think anything can top his Ruff Riders video. I love that video.

    It is a good cd. I haven't listened to it in probably 10 years. But when I first bought I was like damn this guy is deep. Sadly his demons control him. I think he suffers from skitz/multiple personalities.

    Used to love listening to him, definitely was good to listen to before playing sports in junior high/high school, would be assured to get you fired up. It is a shame we haven't heard much from him lately.

    I remember that one video for the song he did with Sisqo (sp?) that had the 360 spider in it, loved that song! And no, there isn't a lot of good rap anymore, it's all pop music now (I say as I listen to Jay-Z).

    I agree. There is SOME, but it's rare. It's mostly underground stuff too.

    Yeah, his music definitely pumps you up. I'm not sure of the song though. It might be "What these B*tches Want". That's the only song I know he did with Sisquo.

    Agreed X 1000! I thought I was the only one who liked or even knew of this song. It's great. You should also hear Stan by Eminem if you like story songs.

    Same here. Unfortunately, I don't have an iPod adaptor yet, so I'm kinda stuck with CD's or the dreaded radio.

    If you guys like story songs, listen to Dance With The Devil by Immortal Technique. Disturbing to say the least.

    It is a very disturbing song, and not one you will listen to more than once. But the imagery and story telling aspect make it very good.

    Immortal Technique does have some very good songs though (not quite as graphic). His two newer albums, Revolutionary Vol. 2 and The Third World are very good.
