These guys are simply Modelers building for themselves.

I have no problem with that.

Those that steal my ip to make $ are a different matter...

    Hi

When Villa d'Este finished in 07 I drove her from Lake Como to the Factory to meet with JT and then back to Pininfarina where she stayed until I drove her on the 07 Historic Targa Florio. I took the first photo and have a few more from that day in higher res.

If you pm me your email I'll send them on.

    Jim,
I was just looking through the thread and I love all the pics you've chosen to share with all of us, tifosi. Thank you, Jim! I'm sure thousands have said this to you in this thread, but it's rare that such a notable, owner of a one-off car shares so much with other tifosi! Grazie! Anyway, I was anxious to hear about the P 4/5C that everyone is talking about in the last few pages, I know I'm wayyyy behind, but when is it going to be done? Details? Any pics? Everyone else feel free to fill me in on it as well, because I'm sure Jim has better things to do, not like you all don't, but you know what I mean. Thanks

    Mark

Yes. I have a full extra set. We had to crash test one set and one set is on P 4/5's styling model.

I have, of course, followed this for a few years now. The work never ceases to amaze me and your willingness to share is beyond description - thank you.

Having said that - I am curious how many countries P4/5 has visited? How difficult has it been to get it in and out of the different nations?

It's a very cool town that has been know for many years as a model making town for many famous Bronze Sculptures. It's on the Roman road with a great courtyard and arch. Today it's know for it's food (Slow Food) and it's modeling school that still studies design and teach students to make models for the car companies including Pininfarina and Ferrari.

(If anyone is interested in the school I can make an introduction)

The Church is ancient and was falling down but now is stabilised and preserved with a modern glass structure enclosing the section that has crumbled. It will be a town center for lectures, meeting and concerts and they said when Veronica gets married she can get married there.

    Very special place.
