430 fab speed headers ...

MAMA MIA !! just had a set of fab speed headers installed on my 430 and shes sounds like a ferrari should ! power is brought on with more of a kick ....I also have ecu tuned on the car as well but i would like to know if anyone has a complete sysytem removing the stock cats ?? ,...would i gain more power ? would sound be too loud to even talk on my cell phone while windows are up??

I have FabSpeed exhaust (including tips), hi flow cats and new air filters on my 360. Car sounds awesome and seems to pull a bit harder with quicker response. Can't back it up but it feels that way to me! I love the way it sounds...

 

Any chance of a short vid of your Fabspeed system. would like to hear it am currently looking at what to do, recently disconnected the valves, but just lacks something in the sound at all levels?

 

Ask Fabspeed. I think their complete kit for the 430 should gain up to 51hp.

There was a video here posted a while back I believe that had a complete fabspeed 430 pulling away from a 16M on the highway. Anyone have any recollection?

A little off topic, but I dropped off my M3 at Fabspeed to get one of their parts put in place. They gave me a tour of the facility, introduced me to literally everyone, and were VERY welcoming and courteous the entire experience.

They also noticed that the clamps provided with my aftermarket muffler weren't up to snuff so they installed much more beefy ones free of charge without me even asking.

Anyone considering this shop, just know you are in very good hands.

has any one just upgrade the stock CAT to Race CAT, but keep the rest in stock.??

And yes of course a v8 will gain Hp with the removal of Cats.....with a tune of course!! any time you do upgrades to the intake and or exhaust you are messing with the A/f ratio and a tune is necessary to deliver the power.
