I got a new wireless Magic TrackPad for my iMac today. Extremely cool piece of hardware that solves the problem of my disgusting/grimy mousepad sliding all over the desk.

The downside? It feels un-natural compared to a mouse. Might take more geting used to. :(

Still getting used to it after a few hours. It's quite odd, and I'll be honest.... my wrist hurts.

The angle of the device sucks. I know they did it to match the keyboard, but having no rest (as in a mouse) coupled with the angle is going to make for some unhappy campers.

I have a similar device in my Wacom photoshop pad which also doubles as a multitouch pad...and multitouch for the desktop really sucks in comparison to a good mouse.

I'm sure the angle is fine with a good gel-pad to rest your wrist on.

I gave up on using the Magic TrackPad.

If anyone wants it, I'll sell it for $50 (paypal) and include free shipping in the USA.

So you just decided you don't like it for daily use?

Might have been because of the 27" screen, might have been the angle of the trackpad, might have been the height of my desk, might have been too much 'outside the box' for me.

Whatever the reason, it just didn't fill my heart with black-turtleneck/clove smoking/coffee sipping/tree hugging happiness, like other Apple products I own.

lol. I guess I can understand that. I prefer the "regular" magic mouse as well.
