If he is mathematically out of the hunt, I'm sure he will, until that point he won't IMO, and rightly so.

I think he is right. IMO team orders if they come back should only fairly come into play when one driver has a big advantage, they do anyway.

I know it's my opinion, what I think would happen, I cannot see him racing Hamilton risking crashing ect knowing he can't win the WDC, can you? Helping the team gain the WCC and helping in rear guarding action, I'm sure he would do, and vise versa.

I agree. JB just doesn't seem to be that type of guy. Webber or Alonso however is a different story.

    Oh, come on! :)

*IF* either of those guys (and I think all of 'em at the end of the day) were in this theoretical position, they'd help their teammate/team as best they could. One of the "fascinations" of F1 for me is the interplay between teammates - Further, it's the only (generally!) level playing field we've got.

Memories can be long in F1 [Unless you bring the $ of course ;)]

    Cheers,
    Ian

Sadly, Webber wouldn't. He actually said so last year in Brazil before the race.

Alonso still hasn't been in that position but I'm sure he'd be most generous... :D

Webber says team orders should be something which is accepted as a part of the sport. And he said that within the past week.

It simply makes sense from a mathematical standpoint.
