What are you thinking of? I am in the market for a dog then as well to replace our beagle. Daughter wants a miniature schnauzer while son wants a golden retriever. If I had my way, I'd get greyhounds or whippets!
Is it an allergy thing that makes your daughter want (need) a poodle cross? I have no clue what a Shina Inu is. Google here I come! It was a gift and we had it for a short while but we soon realized it was the wrong sort of dog for us so it got fostered out. A bit unkind I know and not exactly my proudest moment.
My daughter wants a CUTE dog... son has allergies. Shiba Inu = small dog in Japanese. Its a minature Akita.
have u considered spca adoption? save one from being put down and use the money saved to put down deposit for car!
Keeping a dog is a big big commitment! My gf has a yorkshire which is small, extremely cute, obedient but doesn't listen to me.. How are you going to keep a dog if your son has allergies?
i got my kids a black flat coated retriever from down under ... beautiful animal ... & my mini schnauzer is almost 12 yrs old now ... looking for boss to nod before getting another ...
hope it doesn't have long hair ... or it will be cruel to bring it here to spore's heat & humidity ...
Good on you. Glad it found a home, never easy to foster out. Few years ago I wanted a guard dog. Bugger sold me a brindle Bull mastiff which grew to be like a half sized tiger poor dog. I don't even dared to bring it for walks
