The Swiss have really heavy fines on speeding. Definitely not a place you would want to get caught.. With both of them on board, the dinghy may go down under!
Dude, buy CS5 @ S$1K+ to open raw files & save in jpeg. Otherwise, just google for raw file conversion. Have fun!
dont forget me! I'm using sony dslr system. Weird question. Why u want to convert to RAW? Isn't it the same? Or the software you using don't accept .arw files?
Ok so you can't actually see the ARW image right. Here's what you can do, works for me: 1. Enable your computer to show files extension (.jpg, .raw, .arw) at the end of every file name. 2. Right-click on file and choose rename. 3. replace the ".ARW" to ".RAW". Since its the same file format, just a different version (in this case Sony's version of RAW), it will still open in post-processing softwares. If you want to be safe, before renaming, duplicate the files that you want to change to .RAW format. Hope it works for you.
this is weird ... i transferred all the pics onto my mac & there's no problem viewing them ... tho i c "noise" using picasa in windows ...
Can you screenshot the "noise" and attach here? Should be just incompability of .arw files with the OS or software that you use to edit. The .ARW raw files are not yet supported by Picasa if I'm not wrong. So if you're using Photoshop/Lightroom, should be fine.
will try ... cos its on my viao notebook where i can't view the dang files ... on the mac it's obviously fine ... but gonna take a while for that ... in the midst of the "other" stuff going on ...
Working hard for our own Pershings. EDIT: Oh Max, have you ever been caught with your 5D II's battery totally empty? I'm wondering whether I'll need a spare LP-E6.
horsesh*t ..... actually, i ALWAYS have 2 batteries - 1 in camera & 1 spare. but i've never run out of the first battery in a single day. i guess it IS theoretically possible if you use the lcd excessively to review the pics.
I took the tyre shredder for a solo reccy north of the border for a future club drive .. and then stopped off at Munich Auto on the way home test drive the latest M3. OMG it is damn impressive .. the gearbox sh!tes all over the shredder's & its footprint so much more stable .. I struggled to get it to wiggle, then promptly almost turned the shredder around whilst leaving Teban Gardens!
haha yeh good analogy .. the AMG is an ax to the M3's scalpel .. but I gotta admit swinging the ax around the B roads was a lot of fun!
