Yep, on the left is a 1972 Holden panel van. Way too many Y generation were concieved in the back of such a beast. On the right a 1975 Holden Torana.
what's the deal w/ the black and white (or is it silver?) Texas plate? I saw them for the first time a few weeks ago when visiting Houston. I think it looks killer. nice P-cars, too
He has since sold most, if not all, of his Montreal exotics, including his CGT that is now owned by an FChatter. Not sure what, if anything, he's done with any of his other cars at his other homes. Love that Steve Herman house.
ya i saw the plates on 6peed and thought it looked clean. our most recent texas plates are reallly cluttered. thanks -- i love the p cars and although people like to disrespect the 996tt. it's a sweet drive that pulls like mad. it's of course modded with new turbos and tune, exhaust and on and on. it's easily the best bang for the buck in the porsche world
so the 996 is a "normal" turbo? no turbo S? why have a 993 turbo and a 996 turbo? in any case i love the 993 and CS. 996 Turbo S Cabriolet was the first rare/high performance car I ever rode/drove in
the 996tt is my daily driver ..... it's perfectly suited for that: reliable, fast, great ac, fun to drive, not overly expensive to maintain.
pss10's, fabspeed muffler bypass, forgeline wheels and that's it. im going to keep it that way --- except the wheels. they're a little too subdued for me. i've ordered some cargraphic racing wheels with the centers painted gold volvo 451 in metalic. they're going to be sublime on this car.
beautiful 993 turbo, one of the cars on my list to own. My dad used to own one and wow did I love to drive it. What a great combination of cars you have there.
thanks. i didn't have much garage space and i wanted to start and end my collection with two cars. i thought long and hard what two cars i wanted in the porsche and ferrari world and wanted both in black. it took a bit of searching.
Haha...more like the winner of the most cramped garage! But I give it to him, he a system that works.
Awesome Garage even if he is missing a Ferrari, http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=58596&highlight=viper
After several problems, the contractor seems finally to have solved the problem with the epoxy floor in the work area. After letting the floor cure for a week, I moved the tool cabinets and work bench from the old workshop, and took this picture tonight for posterity. I have been posting progress on the garage in Garage Journal - a very interesting site which I highly recommend - so my apologies to those who have seen this news twice. Regards to all.
