Yeh I took the warranty extension otherwise I would have options, but as MP said, it shouldn't matter an F owner is an F owner & I'm sure they don't treat their Hyundai owners this way. Silly iPhone got over excited and reposted instead of refreshing
I feel your pain...been there done that. as it is the cars are unreliable you would expect service to be better. but no complaints except long waiting time for parts but apparently more on Italy side. rest of the time i would say they do a pretty decent job. only once my car was delayed for 1 or 2 days. if they took your car in i do agree that they should have started on it if not the first day than second day, or at least keep you in the loop. I give it to them though compared to HSM they are alot faster. simple oil change takes 3 days at HSM. can you spell Lamborghini? haha maybe its a sign
they did my timing belt change in 2 days which was quite fast i think ! is it just this warranty stuff that gets deferred ? cant see any valid reason for this tho.
In august all the Italians are taking their summer holidays. If Derek car needs any parts from Italy than his car will b on vacation as well.
so far for me its all the warranty stuff that gets delayed...or at least thats what ital claims. but other than that i find them more efficient than HSM. when they first started they were slower but i guess they have picked up all the usual issues and know how to handle the them now.
