The new Pirelli Trofeo is suppose to be pretty good. Problem is they don't come in 20s if thats what you need.

    I fully agree here Derek.

Why should you accept poor car quality and even worse service from a car that costs as much as a nice HDB. The name Ferrari is not an excuse to be inconvenienced. Sure most Ferrari owners have more than one car. Sure the cars are very pretty to look at and great to drive. But, if my car had a constantly leaking roof, and the service department took 4 days to just look at issues.... boy....

FYI a full service of my Porker inclusive of oil change, pad change, disc change takes 4 hours. A full suspension change and realignment on my Evo takes 3 hours.... something is seriously amiss with Ital's service commitment here....

    +1 hahaha.

Wow that is simply unacceptable attitude from them. How can a dealer refuse to come to the aid of their own customers.

Mate you are definitely one of their bigger customers.... well derek is physically errr bigger.... BUT you get what I mean. So my guess is they will tend to prioritise who to do the right thing by.... unfortunately, they may end up losing a lot of customers because of what may be a bad commitment to service just because they think they can be this way...

Its chicken and egg. Even if they lose customers they will still be ok simply because there are not enough allocation of cars from the factory.
