Hi there! i can totally understand how Derek feel as my car was stuck there for 5 weeks in the workshop but they can't do anything due to parts. However they should handle it better to let me know instead of i find out a week later after my business trip. Guess they are still picking up things and i must say at least they are not as snobbish as HS and charge reasonably.

Of course. Why should I use their finance co and probably pay a higher rate. But for customers that are not familiar with ital mgmt. They will not know and think its actually ital policy and will be piss.

I heard initially their big boss do not allow but subsequently due to many customers having own financial banking arrangement, they sort of allow. My 458 will be in only next year so long way to decide.
