Pardon me for being abrupt. Apparently i heard there was someone with the initial MP(not sure whether is it the same person after i saw your initial used) wanting to book the 458 but had wanted to jump queue(wanting the car by this year) and wanted special VIP treatment seeked higher authority(spoken even to big boss) but do not want to place down any deposit which is a must for them thus got turned down. They stayed firm and maybe that actually pissed that customer off big time. Maybe he might want to be more sympathetic to understand that people are just working and carrying out higher management instructions and procedure which they can't do anything about. Not sure if it's the same person though. But if it is then maybe you will be prejudice and not right to do that to them as People with VIP treatment from HSM will not like Ital Auto for treating all the same but however those like me thinks that fairness is probably better.They are so far very friendly and genuine though lack of experience but can see they try very hard. I guess there is always 2 sides of the stories but so far they are much better than HSM. However i must agree ES are thumb's up! Melvin never fail to help me in any issue.

Apparently only mid next year. No news yet as the sales manager had told me no firm allocations for next year so far. Maybe by then Spider comes out already...so envy those who is getting this year.
Oh then again i believe it must be higher management and their hands are tied because i also heard Ferrari Spa had been strict on them too. Even their GM couldn't do anything to help and i heard he is worse off. He is very Ferrari and not so much of customers though. But i must say their OMV much better compare to my 360.
The spider will probably b launch in the Frankfurt motor show which is usually 3q 2011. Production for rhd models probably 2nd half 2012.
