Have to differentiate the service and benefits for new cars versus used. If not all of us should just buy used receive the same benefits as new car buyers. Eg. if you have deposited or bought a new car from IA you can buy F1 tix at a very substantial discount.

They ask me about buying the special price F1 tickets. Told them buy a car almost 1m and tickets still not free, something wrong with them. I invite my boss clients for qualifying in Mclaren paddock n they don't even spend 10% of a 458.
if they say upfront what the benefits are, no one will begrudge those who forked out the money for a new car i feel. but if u keep it hush hush, some may think its arbitrary n be upset (eg. those who book car after f1 n bought f1 tickets at full price earlier) once its all open n clear n transparent, then i guess people accept the system...
