I've been searching for a place to make seat belts for my new Dino and came across this place in England (I'm in California). I want 3-point non-retractible belts that get as close to factory original in appearance as possible. Since my car does not have anything resembling factory belts, I have no good point of reference, nor do I have belts that could be refurbished. I was quoted ~$300 USD for a set with full chrome finish and before I commit that kind of money, it would be great if anyone has experience with this outfit or know somebody that has. They have pictures on their site of a Dino with their 3-point belts, so I'm assuming they know all the specifics for a proper fit.

I'm also open to suggestions for other outfits that are good, just remembering my location and the reality that I'd be ordering something sight unseen, hoping that they fit properly and are well made.

These are a well known and respected company in the UK. In fact they are known as 'THE' company to buy seat belts from and do a great job on classic cars.

I have inertia belts from this company in my car - they are fine, however they are sensitive to inclines - they are tricky to get on or off if you are on a hill.

    Question for Graham,

Do the seatbelt kits shown in your pictures include the plastic/rubber covers for the ends of the shoulder belts where they bolt on to the bulkhead behind the seats? The pictures don't seem to show these covers but I wanted to inquire before I ordered the kits.

    Thanks and regards, Bob.

My thoughts exactly! I also notice that you went with their Modern Era (plastic) style rather than their Period Style of chrome hardware.

I don't suppose you have any picture of them installed, do you?

Bob, There lies a problem, I had to use the old ones as they did not have these available when these were made a couple of years ago.

Funny thing is these ended up in the wifes classic Fiat 500 and i obtained a set of inertia belts from Superformance for the Dino (only set they ever had) But i was not offered a chrome variant at the time of me having these made. Perhaps they have recently started offering chrome fittings?

My new Dino still has the original Klippan plastic covers (in the glove box). So does that mean that they will fit the Quickfit SBS seat belts? That's a key piece of info prior to ordering (for me).

    See attached for `chrome' version.
