I can see why you assume that Steve, but when you look at what Horner said, he's not saying that it's the same wing RB have been running the previous races. He's just saying that the car has met all the rules, also now at Spa. Ofcourse the rules have changed, and so the wing might have changed too.
Well as I said in the prediction thread Pete, we will have to wait and see I suppose. I reckon they are erring on the side of caution, and putting a stiff one on...

Looks like the new wing REALLY slowed them down When will the FIA learn that more isn't better when it comes to rules.
Last night on Speed Matchette said that the broken wing that caused the issue between Webber and Vettle (Vettle getting Webbers, there being no spare at the time) was one of the bendy ones which makes it seem that the floor wasn't involved
