No way Anthony, that's nuts!! I've never ever seen one around here, have you ever seen it before tonight? I've seen many, but not in this area. I wonder who's it is or if it was just passing through? If you're reading this 288 GTO owner, let us know.. Mark
If the red 430 on Utterback was spotted sometime between 1100 and 12 noon, it was probably me....just out exercising the horses. The Mondial is owned by a good friend who recently returned to Australia. It is now sitting in Customs in Sydney Australia awaiting tax assessment so the Aussie government can take it's pound of flesh before he can pick it up and drive it to his home in Canberra. The picture was taken just a couple of days before it got loaded into a container and put on a ship. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks Mark! I've never seen a 288 GTO before. Not even in California last summer. I thought it was a 328 or a 308 but when it turned I recognized the mirrors and the back. I freaked out because I didn't have my camera with me! I think I have an idea of who owns it.
My son Max and I gave the 288 GTO a push start at the shopes at the Promenade today in Center Valley,PA. He left the lights on and as we where taking pictures of the car he asked if I would give him a hand, we talked for a while and then we pushed it out of the spot and then pushed it through the parking lot and it started right up... Nice owner and my son will never be the same... I knew it was a 288 from the other side of the lot... Pictures to follow
We pushed it start today, great owner, very nice guy all original 3,000 km on the clock. And this is a REAL 288 Image Unavailable, Please Login
