Oh BTW, the dye cast model Ferrari's are from a good friend of mine that had an online model shop and so generously donated part of his past inventory. I think some of these are very collectible and valuable$$$$? I don't know, my collection is 1/18th scale.

LOL, Chris, you beat me to it. I was waiting to wash the car so I could take a few nice pictures, but since the word is out, here it is for now.

I want to thank Chris (VTC) who is an amazing person, for all his help and support. Chris, you are the MAN!, thanks buddy. I also, want to thank the brotherhood on this forum for providing invaluable information. If it wore not for the two, I probably world not have bought a Ferrari.

    Thank you everyone

Oh, and yes, I know the lug is missing :) anyone have a spare ??? LOL

OK, here are three suggested menus for the dinner cruise. There are more choices but these are the three most popular and are suggested from the Electra Hostess.

Electra Cruise buffets include your selection of Mesclun Salad with agedbasalmic vinaigrette, feta cheese crumbles and candied walnut or traditional Caesar salad with thyme scented croutons and shaved Parmesan cheese. Chefs vegetable medley and your selection of potato, pasta or rice are included. Assorted breads , creamy butter, gourmet coffee and tea service await you.

    #1. New Wave Chicken,
Our Chicken Piccata is prepared with capers, lemon-butter beurre blane, fresh tarragon and Italian parsley.

    #2. Hawaiian Mahi Mahi,
From the Hawaiian waters, grilled and served with a ginger-soy glaze...garnished with toasted sesame seeds and scallion sprigs.

    #3. Roasted Baron of Beef,
    Au Jus and creamed horseradish.
All of Electra Cruises carved-to-order, meat selections are prepared fresh with USDA choice grade beef, hand select herbs and spices accompanied by appropriate condiments.

Potatoes, Pasta and Rice: Select one,
Rosemary Potatoes, Scalloped Potatoes, Baked Russet Potatoes, or Garlic Mashed Potatoes.

    Or:Select one

    Pastas and Rice:
Penne pasta in light cream sause, Spinich Linguini tossed with Olive oil, garlic, Basil and Parmesan cheese., Penne Pasta, fresh Romma tomatoes, oregano, Kalamata olives and Feta cheese

    Or: Select one

Wild Rice Pilaf, prepared with chicken stock and herbs. Saffron Rice, basmati rice with toasted almonds raisins and ginger slices. Oriental Fried Rice with vegetable and soy seasonings. Maui Steamed Rice with pineapple and cashews.

    :) All sounds Yummy!!!!!!:)

Let me know your choices soon...whatever gets the more comments will be it or I'll just pick...all sound great!
