Do I need anything of the additional pulleys, gasket, variators below or shall I just go for the bog standard one?

I'd change all the belts when you are in there. Check the variator recall notice, if you are 2004 and later you shouldn't need to worry about the variators. Water pump is easy to change out at a later date if it goes u/s. Many I have spoken to (including myself) dont bother with the tension meter. If you have changed belts before you will know when its right. Also the automatic tensioners get it right for you if they are in good nick. If you really want the tension meter, most garages have one anyway. Relax, its an easy job but you need a car lift.
I would recommend changing the gaskets.
