Concerning 'Flat Pap'...I phrased it wrong...my bad.
Only the new term 'Flat Pap' is Plugzit's ...the original mounted Pap was all hadleys concept and construction for C&C in 07. Plugzit is creating a new 'Flat Pap' for the boat....glad we got that straight.

 

The new and improved' Flat Pap' is going to be awesome!

 

Is this still gonna happen?
How are the payments coming along?
I am trying to plan a trip around this event

Chris, I think it will be fine if we can get a few more peeps that were on the final sign up list.
It would be nice to get any more FChatter's or friends to join us. It would be cool to see some of our regular Southern Cal pals to be there...no need to be a 349/355 owner, hell I'd show up just for the grub, cruise and door prizes as well as getting to see some of our own FChatters in person.

Note!, There will be special awards given to the Stooges for 'being there for all of us' and an award to Ernie for being the Creator of the "348 Brotherhood" in 2003. Also an award to NoDoubt for his technical expertise and guidance to us all and one final award to Robbie for his creation and support with his 355 registry.

Note! Remember 'Flat Pap' is going to be on board with us too.

Note! I will provide more information for secure guarded parking at 'Electra Cruises' later.

Note! If you need to make hotel reservations please see the list previously provided or suggest a place you've stayed before.

Note! Dress of course is really casual, shorts, jeans, etc. Since it's the beginning of October you might bring a light jacket, sweater, etc. with you since we'll be on the water in the evening. The yacht is enclosed though for your comfort.

Note! Don't forget your camera, binoculars for some memorable moments and great photo oppurtunities.

OK, a quick reference guide so you don't have to review a cazillion posts in this thread.

1. Date is Saturday, October 2,6-10 PM.

2. Dinner and no host cocktails on board, complimentary welcome champagne or some other foofie drink I can't remember? See menu on post #182. New Wave Chicken won out.

3. Door prize pics on post # 174...not shown is the one day of sport bike motorcycle rental from Jeff's shop.

4. Hotel list of local Newport area hotels provided by 'Electra Cruises'...note if you have a suggestion let s know...where is everyone staying? Post # 183

5. Address of Electra Cruises is post # 262

6. We have paid for private guarded parking at Electra cruises.

7. Cost is estimated to be $106 per person plus crew tip based on 32 people in attendance but could go slightly higher for fewer peeps. Deposit is half or full payment now...if you opt for a deposit now I will cover costs and collect balance on board, etc. You may PayPal but please include 3% additional if you do.
