    My Series II FHC seemed lonely so I went to Michigan one day and came back with this; a '65 Series I FHC in Opaleacent Silver Blue with a 'built' engine containing Venolia high compression pistons, hot cams from Rob Beere Racing in England, a ported/gas-flowed head and some other neat tricks up it's sleeve ;)

    It's still in "project" state, but will be something fun to keep me out of trouble this winter :D

    Of course, fellow F Chatter Tony K came along as my devils advocate but did more along the lines of being my "seller's advocate" lol

    Love the silver-blue - actually the original color of my '66 FHC.

    The E-Type FHC is truly one of the bargains on the collector market - can still grab a driver for a reasonable price...well done!
