The Tax Dr continues the New Car unveiling tradition at C&C.

So far this year: 458, SLS, LFA and now GTO.

    Folks,

Just an FYI: The C&C crew will be going for a Tour tomorrow at 9:45AM to visit a local restoration shop. If you are interested in joining the caravan, please get there before the departure time.

Looks like it will be a great day for drive.

    Thanks,

    -abi

I plan to get there before 9:45, and I was just wondering, must I have an exotic to join the caravan?

Was a great turnout today! Finally saw another Maserati other than mine. Great to see so many Ferraris including the GTO and a 575. I wanted to see the interior of the 575, but the owner didnt seem to excited about it. Were some other amazing cars like a hunter green 456, a few Alfa's, tons o porche's and others. Hands down the GTO was center of attention. Truly a work of art. The interior looked very luxurious, and overall had a very aggressive look.

Great day and turnout! GTO is amazing... got to hear it a little when leaving as I was behind Rich through Chatham...

I also liked the brumos 911, trans am which was way nicer than it would have been in a showroom new in the 70's, the beetle parked near the trans am and the '67 racing green Jag e-type. Lot's of other great cars, but I never seem to have time to get a good look at all of them- too busy socializing!

Does anyone know the history of the brumos 911 (love the hounds tooth seats)- I could swear I read something on it in a porsche club magazine but I read so much stuff I can't remember (I have some pics I'll post later)

An amazing turnout. Tons of cars, and amazing ones as well. I did say I would post a link to some pictures, but don't have many up. Well, here you go. Not much, but should update tomorrow. Great Saturday morning.

Yeah the problem is that it's about 2 hours and 15 minutes away from me, but I want to see some of these amazing cars if I can somehow. How often and what kinds of cars come to this event?

    Clyde,

Thanks for posting the picture of my '70 Jaguar XKE coupe!! Love that car! I had the 328 over there 2 weeks ago, but thought I'd give the Jag a little exercise and show her off. This is a great event. And LOVED seeing the GTO!!! Wow!

    Regards,
    Steve W.
