This years Fall Drive will start with coffee & pastries at Continental Ferrari-Maserati in Hinsdale on September 25th, at 9:00 AM. We will do a group road rally to the Autobahn Country Club where we again will enjoy the Hospitality of Team Stradale High Performance Driving School. After a driver's orientation, their instructors will join us out on the Track for an hour of laps (Touring Speed, so passengers are allowed, no helmet required).

Sounds like fun. What is touring speed? Meaning speed is limited? Thanks.

Too bad the date for the fall drive changed from the 18 to the 25. I was hoping to go on both, but have decided to go to the Coady open house. If anyone is interested in drive down to Roberts together please let me know.

Sounds like there will be several non-Ferraris. I don't track the Dino so I'm bringing my Superformance GT40.

I think you just pay for your passengers at the event.

Most likely. Considering there is no helmet required. At Road America, touring speed is 75 mph.

WOW! I think the 50 mph touring speed was only in the tight corners! Thanks Neill and Team Stradale. Too much fun :D

Thanks for the compliment. It is a different car than the eight cylinders I'm sure. I need to get to know the car a little better first. We hit the track running! No time to acquaint myself!
