Spot on. 'Most' CS buyers that I've talked to (and there have been quite a few) are purists in the sense that they want a CS the way it came out of Maranello. Sure, aftermarket exhausts have been OK provided seller has the original. Upgraded stereo? Only if holes weren't drilled and can easily be restored to stock configuration.

Leather is becoming an increasingly popular criteria, too.

Congrats Peter. Take care and enjoy her to the fullest.

Huge props to Stockpro for putting this deal together. Within one week the car was sold. Guys if you want to buy or sell or whatever related with the CS, Stockpro is your man. He eats and sleeps" CS" ;)

But is it "storied" underwear and is the stripe factory or did he add it?

Under minor scrutineering, the stripe 'story' might have something to do with a failed 'anti-skid' module. :D

Spot on, on importance of complete unmodified original car. The Alcantara V Leather is an interesting choice. I am not that old late thirties If I was 10 years younger would be all over the Rossa Scuderia, Alcantara and Stripe. One of the reasons I went for the leather(possibly less wear issues too??), non red and no stripe is I did not want the boy racer look. I specifically searched out a TDF/beige leather car, I get to enjoy the sounds and feel of the strad when in the mood, and be more discreet when I dont want attention. Plus the TDF is a stunning color IMHO.

Wow, are you serious? Not surprised, it's a beautiful color combo.

Alright, how many other guys have sold their CS to only want another one?

Thanks Vince! Been on the road (the work kind not the driving kind unfortunately) for two weeks and haven't even been able to peek under the car cover at my beautiful beast. Going on a drive tomorrow with some of the Bay Area boys--can't wait! Stokpro is definitely the man (hi Andrew!)

I sold mine and should have never done it. Had every modern V8 Ferrari, all new modern Lambo's and Porsches but nothing had soul like my CS.

Andrew, while I dont think the 458 and Scud would be a good combo to own, I think the 458 and CS would be a nice compliment and I did love that color combo!! Right now, I am loving my 458 and 575 combo but the CS would be nice to have in the stable
