    Construction started at my Titusville, FL house for a large six car garage addition. This will extend out from the existing two car garage. In front, there will be two 18' garage doors where four cars will be parked. There is a drive thru to a extra large two car garage that will have a car lift, car tools, air compressor, etc. This garage is wide open to the existing two car garage that will be a work shop/studio. The garages look large in the pix, however the roof lines, etc... will blend with the rest of the house. The walls are 2" x 6" studs, huge trusses so there are no interior posts, hurricane strapped and with 130 mph wind garage doors and shingles.

    They are only two weeks into this and should be putting up the roof trusses today. More pix to follow as the electrical and drywall goes on.

    It may be all done in a few weeks.

    That was my question, approved by the HOA and the wife. I have some tickets I need you to talk me out of....My HOA moans if a pickup is parked outside overnight.

    Buying another investment property and that may put the garage on the back burner for 6-12 months. :eek::eek:

    The HOA was a concern, but it was approved... There are a number of gearheads in this community attached or detached additions. The permits are in place and for any complaints, it too late now. My wife is the BEST!!!! She is 'on board' for this adventure and my car hobby.

    We just bought a 2003 Ford F250 7.3 diesel Monster Truck. This thing is lifted 9" over stock, big 38" tires, straight exhaust. My wife is awesome and she likes to drive that big boy!!!!

    The whole house is being re-roofed and the new section should get done early this week coming. More pix when available...

    It may be a couple of weeks for pix as the truck in the shop for some service work... oil leaks, hub replacement, steering dampener install, and a few other items. Once this is done it should be quite the hauler, looker. I need pix of my wife climbing up to the drivers seat!!!
