    Jim, all red gives more uniformity and does not break up the body design like the black roof would. With red it appears as one rather than sort pieced together.

    One thing these photo's make you realise is just how much protection race cars have vs street cars although P 4/5 does have a full roll cage as well.

    This, visually, black roof definately gives you the modern look but it's a shame to kill the front to back continuity of the stripe, which is a definate valid historical nod.....

    jim, fwiw, i like the black roof, (plus stripes and black spoilers). i think the black roof links it with the car that IT is a derivative of. the p4/5 was an hommage to your p3/4's. whereas the p4/5c is a derivative of p4/5. so black roof makes sense, and it looks good. and also, as previously discussed, it will be waaaay cool to have minimal advertising, same coloring as p4/5, and the ny license plate....like it just came out of your garage at home in time to stretch its legs and participate in a little friendly competition.

    After some more thought, and now that i know there will be little livery, my personal choice would be no stripes, black roof and spoiler.
