Guys, the wheels are 'Ronal' wheels, you can look them up on the web.

Damn!!! Looks like Ronal shut the doors a while back. I've found a few notices on the web saying they're out of business and their web site is dead. :(

Just did a search also and found out only the warehouse in the U/S. closed. They are manufactured in Germany and are still available in the UK and Europe.Probably find them on E-Bay too? someone here had to pick up their stock when closing.Good luck on your quest.

The 355 is my favorite ferrari ever built but with the initial purchasing cost and up keep expenses I often wonder If I should just go for a 348 someday instead... Hearts on 355 but my wallet is not.

It was probably due to the fact they made those Teddy Bear wheels :D :D

Im in France and I miss her dearly!!! The 348 has become such a necessary part of my day...I think Im developing a nervous tick

Excellent car. Find a well-sorted, nicely set up example, leave other people`s opinions and negative press out of it and make up your own mind. As Dino said -- the car rewards the skillful and punishes the dunce. I had a Cayman S before mine, another great car with excellent driving dynamics and feedback...my 348 has taken that sort of involving experience to a whole new level.

...and lets face it. Nothing sounds like a Ferrari. Good luck!

Thanks for that pic! It was cool in the 1980's for college age women to have a VW Cabriolet (white on white leather) with the Ronal Teddy Bear wheels. Once that fad died down, the Teddy Bear had run its course.

The 348 is one of my favorite Ferraris... but I could never warm up to the look of the exposed tail lights on the Serie Speciale.

    IMHO
