Original owner should've just left it red as it came from the factory. Wonder how long this pig will remain for sale. That CS, the yellow CS with factory stripe w/ roll bar that was also offered at Sports Car Company and the grigio titanio/alcantara CS, have collectively been on the market the longest.
No issues that I'm aware of, but something tells me there's a reason why it hasn't sold at that price and it's not because of the mileage... get a PPI!!!
Rumor has it may have something to do with the dealer himself as well. Can't remember where but some thread was amazing regarding horrible customer service from Sports Car
while I agree that ***** dealers won't sell as much I would say these cars "If priced correctly" sell in a timely fashion. It's the cars priced too high that sit for weeks or years. It's not rocket science guys if your car isn't selling it's priced too high!
I've emailed them about a couple cars, always got very curt "used car salesman" type replies. Called once, and they were as rude as can be. I couldn't believe they were trying to sell something.
Ok, let me be more specific. Red/stripe, low mile, good history, immaculate, in the $135k range, not currently on ebay...where are these cars?
5 minute google search to find this one. Get a PPI and if it checks out offer them $135K http://www.universalautosports.com/inventory/134370.html
Same for me^^. I've seen this one. Anyone with history here? Unfortunately, it's got to have red or yellow calipers.
Any decent shop can paint factroy sepc Red or yellow calipers, I wouldnt let that stop me if I found the right car otherwise. I would never leave my car unattended on the street for any length of time.
You guys are too picky. Find a close spec because that's all you will ever find and enjoy the cars. In 5 years no one will ever be able to find the car they want because all the cars will be owned by people never selling them again. Better grab one sooner than later is all I'm saying!
Come on guys, be nice. you realize that part of the fun is fishing for the car of choice. It's out there. You just have to be patient. It's not like the prices are going up. How long did Andrew hold out looking for his car of choice? He hit the jackpot.
My pickiness is easy to solve. I can just paint the calipers I just need he cash to buy one. a few months away
You're not going to find red w/ OEM stripe with low miles, immaculate and all history for $135k. I believe Rick is looking for OEM stripe, that one is painted on. That's what Vivek still wants. Heck yeh, part of the fun is the hunt. I was damn patient and it paid off. It also helped that I had another CS to drive during the quest. That's just sad... I've put more miles than that just over the summer. CS is meant to be driven! No they're not. Do it Mike!!
