without scanning all 103 pages on my laptop anyone know if there are more than the 2 White 288's I've seen.

I do know of one Down Under as well. I called on the Europe car a few months back close $750k USD and the interior had been changed from the black it came with when the car was red to Blue. Blue just does nothing for me. I wish it was still the black.

I wish I could remember the Fchatter with the other painted White 288. It was a year or so ago I saw it.

They look great white. Well I think all cars look great white so I might not count :)

The interior of the UK car can easily go back to black and it can be bought for significantly less than that number..

Even with the Dash changed? I was figuring at least $30-40k for a replacement dash etc. I know it would be closer to 500k but as you know I'll be adding a Miura first ;)

288's are great cars. Where to put 1/2 million right now? IDK

It was great to read a ferrari article minus the part where they question what the paddle shift gearbox "takes away" from the driver. It reminded me that at one point Pcars were all about driver assistance tech more than anyone else...

And, likely the production exclusivity...277 +/- versus over 1200!

    True.

Although F40 fans will tell you the reason 1300 were made is because the demand for them was simply phenomenal..

There is definitely NO white 288 GTO in Australia. We only have two 288's here, both original factory rosso corsa. The well known Fox car is ex- Roger Penske if memory serves correctly and the other 288 is ex Alboretto.
There is at least one Norwood replica here.

simple decision there. Both and Both. I can handle it

You will know more than me. I can't find the post that gave me the impression that some very private collector had one. No biggie except it limits my search to the one that is over priced and in desperate need of a complete interior change :)

There is only 288 GTO 55233 that is white that is available. I honestly think re-upholstering the entire interior back to black 8500 is a matter of $10k (not $30-$40k).

As for the price everything is negotiable but the car was apparently restored at a cost in of @ $150,000. It has 24,000 km/14,900 miles on the clock.
