Because the grammar is horrific. Sounds like those extortion email scams. Like it went through translator software and no English speaking person was there to check it.

Grammar & font in all his recently completed auctions is the same. I'd say it isn't a scam - just someone who doesn't put a whole lot of effort into their item descriptions.

Just your typical illiterate American as would be seen on "Jay Walking" who is selling an older "parts car" Porsche.

You outta see how much bad grammer/punctuation and incorrect spelling occurs on covetteforum.com.........

It says its a 1978 930 Turbo. The Slantnose job doesnt look factory and he did upgrade the bumpers to 964 vintage.

Regarding the seller, there is always the possibility he and his family are immigrants and English is their second or third language.

Offer $12K, add 100 hours of your time parting out and listing on eBay: Better than minimum wage, I bet.

Yes indeed. But what passes for good grammer on one forum quickly fails on another forum.
I've made similar errors when my mind thinks I've typed a word, my eyes second the motion and somehow it never shows up on the screen.

What will be interesting is what form technology does to texting what it did to email. Some form of electronic grunting?

Of course email totally destroyed the practice of writing letters as well as the US post office.

So it's not all bad ...

As a PA residnet I can say the license plate(HMW 7483) is a very new issue plate. I don't keep a record of license plates but I do know that Hxx-xxxx are the current plates being issued.
