That's interesting. I have a hunch that yellow 997T was my car but that orange Gallardo Spyder is definitely my friend's ex with that bodykit.

If I'm not wrong, luxecar rental or one of those has young Russian owners.

Hold on, that's Exquisite Marques address!

Let me borrow Iron Man's suit first!

Ok a lot of rubbish talk. Let''s get back to cars.

Was about to order tyre for my car & local dealer quoted me $900 for a 20" P zero or PS2. It's about half price from tirerack excl shipping, GST & mounting fees. Then found that a premium is loaded for the correct spec, meaning B1 which is for Bentley. Now this gets interesting. For the Yokohama version (yes, Bentley uses Advan Sport & ain't cheap) there's a 200Lb loading diff between a normal tyre & B spec while it is 1Lb lighter than a normal spec.

This is particularly interesting for N spec tyres for 911s where some trackies claim no diff saying it's 90% marketing & 10% engineering but of course some religious owners have been using correct spec tyres for over 20yrs for the "safe" factor.

did PPL, CPL, Instrument rated and ATPL exams in 3 weeks :) mine was FAA, so was kinda easy. just buy the computer program, cramp like crazy and chiong. and surprisingly scored 95 and above for all of them :D gotta love the US guys...

would be swell if i can get a FAA plane here, otherwise the ATPL would be just a piece of paper

anyone interested in flying around for fun?

I'm still interested & wanted to do it out of Senai but never had the time to do it so maybe I can be your passenger :)

Other than you, Audi & Mp, who else has license? Btw, can u rent a plane from Seletar & fly for fun?

Now that's when the fun really starts! Enjoy the forthcoming days as you will not have that much fun in the big jets vs. the small props.

So is it still worth buying it from Tirerack after all the costs thrown in? You flying the tires in or shipping?

The problem with renting any local plane is that I need to convert my license to caas which I'm not willing... However, as long as the plane is faa registered, I can fly it in and out of country

Usually fly them in as it's not that expensive & arrives in days. I only need one tyre but might order for the rest of the cars to make sense. Not sure if I should do 18" aftermkt wheels for the Jag & the Goodyr F1 on the 456 are very slippery on wet cement.

Our bro did his sum on a GTR & the savings are not worth it & may even cost more from tirerack.

Btw, did u guys do a 355 shootout? Are the pics ready for savouring? Where did u get that autoglym softtop protection?

Thought FAA was the industry standard & recognised, no? Silly to have just caas which might not be that international.

One of my friend does island hoppings in Malaysia where we get a huge air space & nice places to visit, more worthwhile to keep a plane there.

Fong, imagine flying 500ft inspecting your land!

Talking about the Jag, I saw her at EM. Nice and I never get to see them around these days.

Autoglym - I buy it from Amazon UK which saves me heaps. Perks of having London as a second home. Let me know if you want me to pick it up for you.

BTW I cannot seem to upload other pics, only just this one and the others take way too long like 1/2 hr and still no action.

Nice pic bro! Any close ups of individual cars? Mike's white is too hot! Didn't know he also did the tonneau cover in red as well :)

Thanks mate, interested in the Jag? Might sell it to fellow enthusiast as I don't quite need it, am still keen on a proper classic or a nice manual car. Might buy a pre-war Bugatti, rolls or bentley drophead/coupe which I can use daily on a new COE & LHDs are allowed but non transfereable which is fine since the car will likely be exported.

Oh yes, if you can. Please pick up two cans of the autoglym.
