indian, uk & us ppl ... singles, twins & small jets ... btw, it was my personal opinion ... nothing more mate ...
Speaking of that how about one of those seaplanes? Shouldn't be that expensive & we don't need runways to fly in & out. Would be great to park it @ 1-15 too
yeah rite ... just blow away the other boats with yr prop wash ... u'll be real popular ... assuming u live past day 1 ...
2 cans? It comes as a pack of 2, 1 cleaner and the other is the waterproof spray. It should last 6mths to a year depending on how often you use. You sure you still want 2 packs of 2each?
Hey, I think it's one of the best transport for flood prone Singapore & tsunami areas. Makes a great getaway & rescue/relief bird. http://www.seaplanejobs.com/seaplanesforsale.html Imagine bringing a chick out to fish @ night
not like u can take off from orchard rd ... i really don't know what the local regulations r with regard to seaplanes ... never seen one in the entire region ... have u ? not even ground effect machines for that matter ...
not much since i moved to sillypore ... tho i do manage to go "up there" once in a while in the uk or the us ... it's a hoot ... i really, really love it ... and miss it ...
Yeah mate. Am curious why it's not popular here, must be banned as usual but I think it does make sense for coastal patrols etc. Don't u need to clock hours to maintain the license?
No and will not be there till Dec at earliest. You planning to wash the cars yourself? Lots of work but to me, it is a labour of love and a form of de-stress.
That boss of Creative was involved in a ground effects seaplane. There was a flying/skimming model that was undergoing trials. Been very quiet since. But you know what sort of red tape you go through when it involves something diff from the norm. There is a "cover own a$$" and play it safe mentality that is ingrained in the society.
for ppl, i need to have 5 hrs flying per year to maintain certificate of experience ... licence doesn't lapse ...
I still wash myself whenever I can but time is not my best friend. Was raining heavily last night & I still wonder how would pre 360 mid-engine Ferraris hold up in wet weather. Used to place a plastic sheet over it with clothes pegs when I didn't have sheltered carpark.
not invited mate... wonder how much its gonna cost to rent one of them per day...and where they got their inventory from.. i sure as hell wont be renting any of my cars out...will have to change the clutch every month hahah hmmm rent and take them to sepang hahahaha
Saw a yellow 355B today with a challenge grill. Never knew there was one left here!! Any idea whose it was. Was parked along Bencoolen Street this morning. Wonderful car....
