    Rain today,,
    Garage work..
    :)

    Paint air box bottom.

RH, or Right Hand, Door Cables out,,, a twisted rats nest..
Arrgggggg, my 1981 cable assemblies are NOT rebuildable....!
(Why the Deleted snap ring,,,, WTF Guido...?) OK, fine, RH Regulator on order.

NEXT,, rebuild RH door,, see some NOS Black pulleys I had laying around next to an OLD original white pulley... If you don't want to spend $ 35.00 each for NOS pulleys get some NEW sliding glass door pulleys. Slide-Co PN 13536
Last,, see bottom frame now straight and rebuilt and my 60 year old angle screwdriver.

Now clean out and vacuum RH door.

    Edwardo
(Chris,, No word on my motor yet...)

    Chris,

    Happy Monday.
I will call tomorrow on my motor,,,, last I heard they were fighting a 0.003" liner deflection.

    Thus, shift-shaft seals today.
    :)
With the transmission,, upside-down on a workbench, it is supposed to take a professional 10 minutes.
(I got it done it two hours... LOL)

See proper seal pulling devices,, NOT,, and be sure to grease them really good, and fill the outer seal seat with grease. ( Really, my seals never leak.) Install them sideways and twist. Done.

What a great thread and cat! I love cats, bow hunting and working on my Ferrari too. Your cat cracks me up! Glad the poor thing got over that wound!

Hope you had time to go out and bow hunt deer this year!

you might get a kick out of this video of me shooting a deer with my bow.

Keep up the great thread! Give that cat a treat! :)

    All,

    Happy November.

Cut A piller trim clip from soft iron,
Get some MAP gas, build a micro furnace, get part orange hot, drop in old motor oil.
See my part next to a Ferrari original.
    All done.
    :)

    See New RH window regulator.
See Zinc Epoxy Primer, two part.
    Door inside painted.
Regulator and Glass installed. Yes, this is tricky...
    (smile)

    308 2V Heads almost done.
    New SS exhaust valves.
See stones for 3 angle grind and some corrosion welded.

Sun is Out,, 70 degrees today at the Beach.
    Ciao,

    Big R,

    Fixed it for ya.
( Remember, this guy threatened to crush a 308.)
    :)

I got the front shocks from a 1988 Mondial.
My 1981 front shocks are stuck, in the up position........?

    All,

    I think..?
    Front cover goes on.
Then, oil Pick-up tube goes on.
    Then, windage tray goes on.
Then, motor is lowered gently on top of the tranny, no gasket, use white silicon or halomar with a silk thread.
Then, dipstick tube on .... etc.

(help, it's been 3 years... many beers,,, many brain cells lost.)
