I just picked up the Nov issue of Top Gear which features the Lambo on the front page. General shape, yes it looks like that but panels have lots of angles like the stealth plane. 2 triangles make up the front bonnet air scoops. Even the interior has lots of these angles and shapes, whatever you call them. But upon reading the article which refers to this as the Sesto Elemento, I think it is a test bed concept car rather than the beast that the boys saw over the weekend. Nevertheless, I still fondly remember the Countach era, just as Tim fondly remembers Debbie Does Dallas .
neh neh boo boo that's what my son always says The butt is a lot lower than this & more aggressive but the same tail lamps. I haven't heard of anyone who didn't get wowed. I still find that the lines are too busy though, not sure how the Cd does in the wind tunnel as there's too many angular profiles. Will try to sketch it out from memory. Did those guys who went check that it might have enough headroom for Derek?
Yes definitely... and incidentally Fongster has planned something... we are are waiting for Leang to get back
dunno ... prog seems a bit iffy ... cos i'm out 15 days in nov & dec ... so still thinking ... cos i need to be back in time for the equatorial regatta at the end of jan ...

IIRC No. 2 Stelvio Pass was featured on Top Gear when the 3 of them drove the lightweight cars (GT3 RS, Vantage N24 & Superleggera) in search of the best driving road in the world. And No.6 Road of Death was also featured in the Bolivia Special episode.
You sure know our taste! I saw the 206 Dino in person last year at GoodWood and the car is as curvy as an Italian babe can get! Absolutely gorgeous, perhaps one of the prettiest cars in addition to the P series racers, that Ferrari has ever produced. Sadly, I would have to sell myself many times over to afford that car. If I had to choose between the Veyron and this, you'll know which one will win hands down.
I think perhaps 750k to 1m pounds depending on race history, who drove it and more importantly, which sucker wants to buy it!
