    Ok I give up. Where are the ECU's located in 1995 F355 Spider?

    There are two. One under each of the side covers (The actuators stick through them). In the engine bay towards the rear (tucked in under the wings/fenders in the engine bay).

    The left one is under the lateral engine cover--the other two are on the right side--both a bit lower than the left side--One is vertical and the other horizontal. The lower of the two can be seen easily by looking up from under the car(you may have to pull the underside panel down a bit), the other is right above it turned sideways and a bit tricky to access(they are both within 6 inches of each other)....

    I had one go bad recently and had to pinpoint which one, so I just unplugged each old one and plugged in the new one, one at a time to see which one was bad.
