Speaking of bad backs..........ive got one now. Probably from sitting in front of the computer all day. Im gunna try and get a compo payout at work next week.
No chance!! Im going on the dole and will take pride in the fact your tax money will be funding my retirement.
Its probably quite evident that I'm very excited about attending this rally. LOaded the car up tonight and cleaned it. Phil very tidily fitted a cigarette lighter/power source concealed within the fuse box area. It allows me to use the GPS on my iPhone to confirm speed. (A special thanks to PP for helping me sort that out and get it working). Appropriately I made sure I was doing the right speed as I went past the Police Academy up the road from my home. Interestingly at 50kph the speedo was displaying 30 MPH, however at 80 KPH the speedo was displaying nearly 60 MPH. Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
B27 if you don't mind me asking, what app is that? Car looks very nice too BTW, love it in that colour.
Its called aSmart HUD. In app store just type in HUD in the search area. With an English car and a speedo needle the size of 8MPH its a must have when they expect us drive within 3KPH. Thanks, I'm very happy with the car. Many says its not a real Ferrari because it only has 8 cylinders and was made by FIAT, but, I am over the moon.
you can also set audible speed alerts and it makes noises at fixed speed and red light cameras they're the people who are jealous about the V8s superior looks and handling.
I had mine jailbroken and installed the tomtom on iphone 4 for free.....worked really well coming back from melb last saturday, especially at red light camera traffic lights and telling me what speed I should be doing geez I love my 246
You realise I presume that the "Dino" brand was created because of Enzo's insistence that only 12 cyl road cars would carry the Ferrari name?
Enzo had no say over road cars by then, but the 400i was by no means a bad car in its day. LJK Setright regarded it as the best 4 seat GT available. The last great 2+2 was the 330, it went downhill from there as they got heavier and softer for the luxury market.
Car looks great mate! Happy and safe no-tickets driving over and have fun on the track since I see your gear stowed away there! (Nice app too btw, I'll add it to my growing collection to analyse and compare..)
