My friend committed to go in on the next box of Trinidad 100th's with me. So I decided it was a good idea to light up two of them back to back last night!
here's a shot of the big cigar tucked in the bottom Limited edition Exhibición No. 2 (2000) - 7 5/8" x 49 (194 x 19.45 mm), Prominente, a double corona Romeo y Julieta Image Unavailable, Please Login
Here is a little pic of some I have with me in Asia. Biggest is a Opus x at 9.7 x 49!!! It is a goooooodddddd long smoke! {Will upload pic when Rob puts me back in Rossa!}
So we were all out late on halloween and had a few too many to drink so we decided to light em up in the bar. Smoked a cuban Romeo for about a half hour before getting thrown out. The bouncer grabbed it, threw it on the floor and stepped on it. Oh well, sometimes the risks don't pan out! LOL
Sorry, got side tracked with the damn flooding here. At least the rain shut the red shirts up! Image Unavailable, Please Login
Yeah, thanks again for the recommendation, definitely ordering Some Trini Extras/Reyes and some more Romeos soon. The guy who threw me out was hilarious. He grabs my arm and says, "You smoking in my bar?!?!" I think his head was ready to explode. I calmly told him there was no need to get physical and that we were leaving. He let me go and smashed my churchill. It was kind of funny
Half way through a Padron 1926 Anniversary Perfecto. I need to pick up some more to stash, I keep smoking them. I just got my last order from CI on Friday, Fuentes galore. They need a week in my humidor even with 2 day shipping to the desert.
Anybody tried the Oliva Special S cigars? It's an older cigar that will definitely not be available much longer because it was discontinued. I used to love smoking the old ones with the cloth bands. Just ordered a sampler with one in it, looking forward to giving it a whirl. http://cigarfan.net/2008/03/01/oliva-special-s-torpedo/
I just got back from a Vegas trip and we took a stop at Casa Fuentes while we were there. Great place and a good atmosphere. I had one of their Arturo Fuentes which was very smooth and good. The only thing I regret is not buying some to take home.
If you have not tried it your in for a treat. I've really found this to be a great combo...a small bite size dark chocolate with a cigar works best. Another great combo chocolate and beer...wow.
older pic - i almost stopped smoking cigars since our baby arrived in 2008. i never smoked cigarettes - just one cigar from time to time ... i always liked the dark conch republic cigars when i was at key west. Image Unavailable, Please Login
