It looks just like some ac systems sold here as an aftermarket option of the seventies, when Italian cars where few and far between as far ac equipped...Probably worked better than most factory units. Not very attractive, though...

Are you certain this is truely the Sultan collection for sale? I know of MANY Brunei cars and have never heard of a Dino, although that doesn't mean much given the number of cars. Definitely, some of the photo's are of Brunei cars, but......?

As for the A/C, a guy here in Houston had a retro system fitted to a GTS when he owned it. You would NEVER know by cosmetics, but even here in Houston, It worked amazing.

I'm saddened that he had a Dino.

For the record .. these DO NOT & did not belong to the Sultan of Brunei. I know the owner .. I have seen most of the cars in person and have the price list for the sale collection.

these are only part of the collection accumulated over a 27 year period .. most cars were purchased in pairs although some were sold off prior to this wholesale sale (eg. Enzo, F50, F40 & MC12). there is also a pigeon pair of blue 512BB's although I'm not sure why they aren't on this list.
