Along with a few other Miura's that Joe got for me...each was as easy as buying a slurpee at the local 7/11 store. Thanks for those cars Joe, was a nice time in my life, and made a few bucks along the way.

Nice car -- I saw it a few weeks ago. I remember when it was a black car about 5 years ago and The Stable in Gladstone sold it when the asking price was low $400's. Car is completely restored now. Is ex-Rod Stewart, but all traces of Rod are now long gone...
The car was owned by Hubert Phipps of Palm Beach in the early 90s and was painted black over tan with gold wheels to replicate the livery of Miura SV #5024.
Walter, Personally, the highest numbers for cars I have brokered is an SVJ for $1.5 million and SV for $975,000. Can't say if those are the highest numbers ever achieved, but they will be close.
Kirk, I cannot imagine why anyone would not want it in its famed silver/tan livery with custom stereo and polished wheels as owned by Rod Stewart. But, each to their own... Claudio Z serviced the car for Rod Stewart in the 70s and has some interesting stories about the Rock Star Image Unavailable, Please Login
Speaking of CZ Im not sure many know that he put Sammy Hagar and Van Halen together. An excerpt from a magazine article: 'Then, one day in 1985, Hagar's auto mechanic, Claudio Zampolli, was doing some work on Van Halen guitarist Eddie Van Halen's Lamborghini. Van Halen was looking for a new lead singer to replace David Lee Roth. Zampolli suggested Eddie Van Halen call Sammy Hagar, which he did, right from the mechanic's shop. "I had a gut feeling that it was going to happen," Hagar recalled to David Fricke in Rolling Stone'. No surprise then that CZ is featured in the famed Hagar video "I Cant Drive 55"..
