Today I had my new Fabspeed headers installed on my 360, My original passenger side header had the precat destroyed and rattling inside, the noise was frustating. The new Headers look and sound great, removing the old headers was a bit of a challenge, but my mechanic did a great job and since the car had the back and wheel wells removed he even changed my spark plugs.

Once the old headers were removed, installing the new ones was pretty easy. The rattling is gone and the cars runs awesome...

So far no CEL but I will keep you posted

    Thank You Jeremy

I'm envious. I wouldn't even dare change the oil on my 430 myself. Looks like I need to get myself a jack and start trying on some bits and bobs.

Was there a reason he had to remove the muffler to change the headers? Because you don't have to remove them to change the headers.

Just look at the first pic. The stock headers are so darn restrictive....which is also why they're your last chance to keep your F-car sounding sane. Once that is swapped out for an aftermarket header, all hell breaks loose, in a good way.

I've got fabspeed headers as well, and made them swap mine out for a pair with air rails to fix my CEL. The car runs and sounds exactly the way I was hoping it would now, after one last reflash of the ECU's anyway. Can someone tell me why the air rails seem to dampen the noise some?

The muffler was removed by me as a test to see how complicated it was for a near future replacement. I do most of the work for my car, but removing those original manifolds was hell, especially the passenger side...

At this point I'm considering putting zippers on my car instead of nuts and bolts; I take my car apart almost every weekend. Only the first time is scary, after that it comes natural.

    Tell me that!
I loose a finger on the process!
Yeah, tha passenger side is very tricky specially the bolts over the compressor.

Headers and high-flow cats! Are you going to post any sound clips? Love to hear the final result.
