It's custom... and that's not what the plate really says. They are available in lots of colors. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Thanks for the details Mike. The white on red plate looks great to for that 355F1 B! Did the guy with the Rosso Fiorano 599 order that black 458? CH
I love Kirby's work. I didn't see the two garage setting photos on his thread. Thanks for posting. -G.B.
I was in at Ferrari Brisbane in Au when the salesman was able to open and share their demo 358 with me. I was constantly pleased as I ticked off each and every knob, switch and option I could find and identify. It was absolutely gorgeous red and tan with standard wheels. After discussing for 15 minutes the salesman was asked to take it out and prepare it for a demonstration. Just getting it out of the showroom gave me blood pressure palpitations as he manoeuvred around chairs desks other Ferraris, Lambo's and assorted Audi's. I left only on my Harley only to be confronted with a hysterical wail as he paved his way down the main street echoing off the buildings and maintaining a smile a foot wide. Such sweet music is to be cherished. Sorry no pictures/film (as per usual) my camera ran out of batteries.
The calipers are actually a darker yellow in the second picture. I don't think it's the picture image causing this because the fender shield is the same shade of yellow in both pictures. CH
Yummy plus! Despite not liking red Ferraris these deep reds are looking really nice on the 458. That's the second one that's been spotted at that location, same pub in the background.
That's because it's the entrance to the parking area at HR Owen's Ferrari dealership in Old Brompton Road, London
No, I think it's just the lighting on the pic. Notice that the yellow at the wheel centers is also much darker.
this is either the 2nd or 3rd 458 on the island. i have noticed a spike in exotic car sales here in the last few years which is strange in times like these. spoke to the Benz dealer and he's sold 3 SLS at an asking price of 375K! even with our 40% import tax the car should be at around 280K. why throw away 95K when you can get one in the US for 200K and just pay the 80K tax? if my math is correct, 2+2=lot of money laundering going on. Coloring the nose piece (holding the horse) really changes the look of the car, especially in white. It goes from "angry catfish" to "angry alien". A big improvement IMO.
With the white painted area splitting up the intakes there's a certain synergy between each intake and its corresponding headlight (you can see it best in the first of the pics). Works really well, especially in white.
i agree. but i wish the boot lid was closed all the way down, to get an even better look at the front.
