The two groups of employees that Joyce and his predecessor have done all in their power to undermine and screw-over (engineers and pilots) are the only people in that whole stinking operation who stand between a successful flight and oblivion for the paying customer.

But hey, QF management, continue demoralising them. After all, they're only over-glorifed and overpaid bus drivers and the planes can now fly themselves.
