No, I have a wheel. Not a G27, but still a Logitech (GT).

Once that tail starts wagging, there's no recovery. Still, it's the only car I have that I've taken below 7:00 on the Nordschleife

Work has been killing me, so I'm only Level 9 (does anyone remember that far back :) ). Anybody interested in trading something for a Buick Grand National GNX?

Any cars you need in particular, badges? Gotta help my brother out. :)

My current setup. Missing a few cars from the shelf and I need to hide the wires. :)

    Won a couple unusual trophies:

    - one for rolling the car
    - Loony tune award for overdoing it with tuning add ons: I basically bought every option for the Countach and cleaned up the Supercar races :)

Looks similar to mine. :) I've got the seat from Bob Earl Racing and a Logitech DFP. I keep my laptop running next to me, and my iPhone sitting next to that.

I'm going to try to replace the seat on my setup with an actual car seat. After about an hour my ass is completely numb.

Holy Crap!!! You must not be married! LOL......Well, I want a Porsche but anything would be cool. Porsche for a Grand National........probably not an even swap! BMW M3 or ???......just looking for something interesting if someone wanted the GNX.

I'll have almost that exact set-up. My white A1GP Playseat is coming tuesday, for now I have my DFGT hooked up to a card table wedged in front of a leather armchair, not exacltey ideal.

I think your problems with not being able to recover are with the DFGT, I can't seem to recover my slides with it either.

Nice shot of the Vette at the Zytglogge tower in Bern. Funny that area ended up in GT5.

I'm married, but I have the coolest wife in the world. She plays occasionally, too. :) She drives like a woman... :D I'll see if I can send ya an M3 tonight. No trade or charge, just helping my brother in law enforcement. :)

I usually play in socks so the towel has saved my heels on several nights! :D

EDIT: As far as trophies go, I got one for having 3 laps with times within .2 seconds, and another for buying a used car with over 300k miles. Got the rollover trophy and looney tunes one, too. :)

So I just played GT5 for the first time today, and it was AMAZING! I definitely think a PS3 and GT5 are going on the Christmas list....

Does anyone have a Lupo Cup Car or a standard Lupo that I could borrow for a few days? I must have accidentally sold the one I won before completing the Lupo Cup Challenge and now I've been watching the used car lot for a few days with no luck.

I'd appreciate it very much. (walnutsiii)

Is there a car trade thread on here yet? I don't want to make a double post but couldn't find one for that specific purpose. Would be nice to have. I think I'd trust F-Chatters more than the standard PSN user.

I'm at the point where I really have to buy a Lambo, for both A-spec and B-spec.......having a hard time bringing myself to making the purchase! Haven't come across any in the used car section......has anyone seen one in there? Does anyone have a spare Gallardo?

Two fun cars I have just won, an F40 and a Zonda R. The Zonda is a freakin' beast. Can't wait to try the F40.

Also, I need a vintage race car........

I now have my B-spec driver up to about level 17, and am competing in the expert series. At this level, he very rarely ever makes serious errors where he spins off entirely and the rest of the pack passes him by. He'll get the back end off the course, sometimes way off, but catches it quite nicely just pretty much every time. I am at the event where I need a vintage race car, which I do not have.

I really don't see any difference in the pass mode, or up-pace mode. He'll pass whenever it's a good time, it seems, so I just use up-pace. I'll start an event, and wait till he gets into 1st place, then monitor if 2nd place is capable of catching up. I'll then keep the controller hovering over the up-pace icon. I'll then switch to another channel to watch TV. Every minute or so, I'll just click the "X" button twice on my controller, knowing that I am upping the pace on a regular basis, even though I am not watching it. Has been working out very well.

I think the F40 was from B-spec at the pro or expert level, in the Cavallino event. The Zonda, I think was B-spec as well, in the Gran Turismo Championship, pro level. The Zonda has now taken the place of my fully modded 458 in events where I can use it. The thing is ridiculous........will pull away from an Enzo, McLaren F1, and the regular Zonda, etc. Thing is, it is pretty twitchy if you are using it in A-spec...........I have to mess around with the settings to see if I can make it more drivable. The back end really seems to be nervous, and want to come around.

Been doing a lot of B-spec lately to win more cash.

BTW, I have a few Lupos if you want one.

That's about what I've been doing too.

I'd appreciate that. What would you want for it?

Do you have a Gallardo and/or a vintage race car I can just borrow?

How are cars exchanged between people?

I've got a '67 Chaparral 2D race car that you can borrow (crazy expensive) if I can use one of your Lupo's. If you want to keep the Chaparral, make me an offer. :)

You'll have to add me as a friend on PSN via your PS3. My user name is Walnutsiii. Then when you go into GT5, in your garage, the tab to the left of "sell" for the car is "gift". Click it and pick my name out of the list that pops up. It will gift it to me. I'll do the same with the Chaparral as soon as you've been added as a friend to my account. When you're finished using it, just gift it back and I'll do the same with the Lupo as soon as I'm done, probably less than 24 hours, just want to get that challlenge out of the way in a-spec and b-spec. I'm not in a rush to get the Chaparral back.
