Indeed! As Joe indicated earlier, just five Countach in total can wear the trapezoids and be historically accurate, either modified in-period by Dallara or built by Lamborghini themselves, and only two are not Wolf cars...

I prefer the buttressed wing supports not just because they are ultra-rare, but because they look stout and aggressive.

To be perfect (for me) i really love flag mirrors on earlier cars and the wing struts are
original but i prefer the more common set back style... but WOW!!! what a beautiful car!
I can't believe how cheap this car was sold for just a few years back...and had trouble selling at that. Who's cryin now?

    Hello!

Just found a pic of my old #22 taken the day when I got it delivered ten years ago.

Another nice one you´ve got there, #1038, Joe!

I suppose that you don't mean the two silver colored ones. The Integrale was for a friend of mine in Oslo, whom by the way introduced me to Tore, #86. A real nice guy! Sorry to say but the Integrale was the most fun to drive at that moment.

This is what it looked like when I got it down to earth.

I think you better dig that wing out of storage and put it on EBay!

I've already sold the Bravos, the alu front spoiler, the alu fender wideners and the big wing. It payed a set of original wheels, the metal work to get the fenders back to the original look and a back to metal respray. The pieces went to Japan and I wonder what happened to them. Anybody knows?

Well, the Japanese petrolheads certainly do love to modify the Countach and have a healthy passion for the Wolf cars, so speculating that the bits ended up on one Countach or another that now masquerades as a Wolf car probably isn't far from reality... but that would still just be speculation.

    too late, Joe!
i asked about purchasing that wing years ago the first time Lel posted pics of parts out of the car...it was already sold then! :(

i managed to get an other (just a bit more common...) regular mounts "moody" wing that is now safe at home though ;)

Very artsy pictures and nice composition. But for me, the are just a bit over p-shopped. Lighting comes from too many different places and angles to be close to real. As an art composition, quite nice. As a reality photo, ......?

We were going for artsy nice compositions. BTW they were tuned for light but not photo-shopped at all.

Those on the 1120022 were not, and I believe that the kit Lamborghini sold to customers, or used to rebuild LP400 to customers were all made of aluminum. So the front spoiler.
