Do I need a new clutch?

Yesterday I drove my car and for the first time I hit it hard (kinda!) Well after "hitting" it hard for one gear ONLY the clutch pedal felt loose and it's 3/4 stuck to the floor. I carefully drove back home and stopped at a traffic light and noticed that when I step on the clutch some kind of smoke shows from underneath the car (When I hit the clutch only, 2 seconds after hitting the clutch; No smoke). I checked the fluid and it was not full, I could say half or a little bit more; Should I refill it?
So I think it's a fried clutch? Correct me if I'm wrong please..
Also I have google'd "F360 Clutch Kit" and there's NO WAY I am buying a stock one because it's so expensive for me. I found a nice/cheaper one at VR called "Clutch Masters FX200" anyone heard about it? I like the idea of the "Stronger than the OEM one by %45"

P.S: How much for a clutch change at the States? I mean labour only, no dealer.

 

OK here's an update, I just went to check the car and the oil drops I was talking about.. I think it's a tranny leak right? Here's a pic..

If it's a transmission leak, does this cause the clutch pedal to stuck? How hard is to refill the tranny oil? Do I have to change the clutch kit with leak or no leak?

Correct sir. I have a manual, sorry I forgot to mention that.
Sorry hydraulic fluid? Is that the fluid reservoir you're talking about located at the front compartment? If yes, I already checked it, it's a little bit above half.
