I have responded to your e-mail.

You have contacted me multiple times before, and I have invited your contact, only to recieve none. I am always available to help, if you are on a serious mission to locate a particular LP400. Its what I do..

    Very Best,
    Joe

Mr Sackey with your knowledge of the lp400 you stated that there are 4 here in the us, so about how many were made yellow from the factory around the world in total?

Well thinks for the quick reply, lambocars says 150 lp400's were produced so I don't imagine to many were yellow my guess would be between 7-15 but I really don't think 10% of there production were yellow but I definitely could be wrong. But they sure do look good in yellow.

Well, something isn't adding up for me here, because the whole topic came up with 052, which is a yellow car. So either 052 was painted yellow from its original color (not yellow according to the list shown by Olivier), or Olivier's list is wrong.

Victor: I believe 052 was in fact a red car to begin with.

I'm also pointing the difference in between the 2 questions asked :
    * about "papa's LP400 yellow", not confirmed as being originally painted yellow, so any car would answer to that if it's yellow now.
    * and the specific question about how many factory configured LP400 in yellow.

even if english is not my motherlanguage I can make the difference !

on this matter: there are few LP400S originally painted yellow

the reason ? ...well there are many colors that go much better than yellow on the S cars i can think about (black, white, silver, blue ...)

Do you have a list of the other LP400 aswell? Would be nice to see how many that was painted in which colour.

    And congrats to your Miura!

Emilio, why do you say few... when there is only one LP400S originally produced in "giallo fly" #1121122...

the pink paint and the painful rear bumper are by far the worst things done to a countach! (maybe except crashing one)..
