    Hi All,

Wanted to reset my electrical system so I turned off the cutoff switch in the bonnet. Then, like the absent minded dumbass I can sometimes be, I put the car cover bag back in the bonnet and proceeded to close it. OOPS!

Now what? I've got a closed bonnet with a turned off cutoff switch.

Please tell me Ferrari anticipated absent minded owners like me and that the solution isn't anything radical.

    TIA to anyone who replies.

there is a pull cord under the dash for just such an event. read your manual and you will find it.

Driver side under dash, left of steering wheel (US car) feels like a plastic "T" handel connected to a wire cable. On my car, it is a little to the right of the triple driver switches (For sport, heated mirror, CRT) and hangs under the dash. Since you refer to "bonnet" I'd guess RHD and you may have to get on the floor and look up at the dash for the T handle.

Fantastic post. Lighthearted fun at the expense of another member. Hope you didn't leave the keys and spares in the car before locking her up.
