Congratulations! It looks nice with some period touches from the photo. Did the car have period race history i.e. 70s racing? Also, what mods are you doing to make it street legal? Just curious...

    Thanks for sharing.

    Nice.

IMO, there's no meaner look in sportscar history than a 911 with massively flared wheel arches from behind. Congrats.

If you don't live in STL or KC, Mizzourah is very lenient on what can be registered. hardest part will be insuring it, and even that ain't too hard.

Steve, does it have a VIN/title or just bill of sale?

I would say it has to have a title or how would he register it?

Actually, as noted in the description, the car is based on a 1976 911 and is an RSR clone. The car has been vintage raced for the last couple of years. These are eligible for vintage events with the real ones. This car did win best in show - race car class at the 2009 Khoeler International Challenge.

not a real rsr but a thoughtfully built car. jim hendrix is a cool guy and has built a bit of a business making cool clone parts for the rsr...including the 917 wheels and centerlock kits.

this is a fast and well sorted car!!!!
