Saddle or Saddle II seats

I'm recovering a pair of used CS seats. The OEM color of my interior is Beige (4208). GAHH color Beige is not even close to the Ferrari color. Saddle and Saddle II are the closest color. Has anyone recovered seats using saddle or saddle II? Which would be the closet to the OEM color/texture? My local shop can do the leather but cannot imprint the horse in the leather. Does anyone know of any shops that can provide this service? My car is a 2000 360.
