Yep. I didn't do it a lot though, just enough to get a couple of Kubelwagens for cash, and each one of 20Million CR race cars.
Andreas, your X2010 has been sent. Eric W will be helping me with sending cars out from now on. If anyone else knows how to duplicate, and is willing to send just let me know and I'll send you your car as fast as I can.
you need to turn on the skid recovery force when driving the fgt. -5 ride height and max downforce. do a practice session to see where to set the xmsn for the front straight. 249 should be in the ball park.
Yeah, I have the all assists on. I just need to practice a lot with the FGT just to get use to driving it.
You can lap MUCH faster with zero assists on ... I'd adjust the brake controller to 90/10 brake for front/rear
in the fgt and rally cars you want the srf on. its worth at least 3 seconds a lap or more. on the other cars i agree the assists off is faster.
Well, at least my B-spec driver has not issue driving the FGT. I need to take some lessons from him. lol
Wow, B-spec racing at Monza in the FGT in the rain is a joke. Slap a set of soft rain tires and never look back. The only time that I saw the AI after the start was when I began lapping them.
I haven't yet experienced having aids on lending any additional seconds per lap... just a trained hand and foot. I wouldn't doubt that for most people it will help subtract 3 seconds per lap.
OMG! OMG! Thank you so much! I had no idea what that X2010 meant. Until the "car" appeared: Straight out of TRON. This ain't racing anymore, this is a time machine, a fighter jet, a TRON rocket. I did just over 400 at Suzuka, then 444 clicks at Daytona...on the road course... I got a new trophy: 111 meters in a second It is no longer a question whether I win the race, it is a question whether I can lap the field once or twice. I have to actually slow down to pass the other cars because the speed difference is so huge that my reaction time isn't good enough to correct my orbit away from these moving roadblocks. Anyway, thank you so much! I will keep this Wunderwaffe in my back pocket for races where my regular cars aren't fast enough. Does this car actually exist? I have never heard of it, but then again Red Bull are nuts so they might have built this monster. And what is the propulsion? It has a big turbine like exhaust, reminded me of Lauda's Brabham vacuum cleaner.
Not to rub it in, but I did a Topgear run in it and set a new track record of 0:56 (using a standing start), which is 3 seconds faster than the current record held by the F1 Renault. And that was without much trying, I'm sure that time could be easily lowered.
Could somebody please temporarily gift me the 1970 Chaparral 2J for the Historics race? You'd get it back after the race. My PSN is tifosi12. Not even my mighty Mark IV can beat this thing. Thanks
PSN: PirateDanger Very appreciated, Thanks! Got the game from the In-Laws at Christmas. Been bouncing back and forth between it and Black Ops.
I sent you a friend request. I thought it was a 2j that I had but it's a 2D. I won that race with it. Got the tires and everything- just give it back when you are done... Now if someone would give me an X1 I would be sooooooo greatful (and happy)!
No problem And the car doesn't really exist other than models. It's Adrian Newey's dream essentially. The reason for the turbine is because it uses a fan system, and the engine is supposed to be some ubercrazy turbo'd modern F1 car.
ok, just started playing good game, but how in the hell do I buy an RUF?? I cant find them, do I have to check the used dealer everyday till one shows up???????? this is driving me nuts!
They are in the used cars. Not cheap either. I've seen a few of them. Check after every race and each time you log in.
Yeah, you need to check the used car lot after every race or so to find the cars that you want. Unfortunately, Ruf's are only available as used models.
Thanks again, I sent the car back with two wins from the Historics. Once I figured out how to set the transmission rates properly, the car became unbeatable.
